IDENTIFY BARRIERS

The first step to moving forward is understanding what is stopping you, or holding you back. This is done by identifying barriers and limitations to your path or goals. Whether the barriers are internal or external, recognizing your inhibitions will assist in bridging the gap between where you are now, and where you desire to be—to develop your best self! The goal is to get you going with an empowered “can-do” attitude and self-belief, as opposed to the feeling of defeat.

This is imperative in moving to the next step and creating goals. Goals can’t be fulfilled until we first understand and face any apprehension about the future. We’ll work to increase confidence in your ability to achieve and believe, so that goals become tangible and sustainable.

PURPOSEFUL ACTION

“It’s not our lack of resources that stop us from achieving our goals, but our lack of resourcefulness.”

We’re not only going to set goals, but work on carrying out commitment toward these goals with accountability. Whether you’re looking for purpose, passion, fulfillment, balance, direction, or looking to overcome fear, doubt, or uncertainty—progress cannot be achieved without commitment. The only way to bring about commitment is to perceive your goals as attainable—instead of ‘out of reach’. Once you see purpose in your actions, planning becomes easier and habitual.

Each step of action begins with a decision. In our coaching sessions, we will utilize decision-making to set goals and take appropriate action by replacing doubt with self-belief, and purpose and intention too!

BUILD HABITS + VISION

Motivation won’t always be there, so practicing discipline will help create substantial results.

In the first step, we started small and worked with the details, so now it’s time to think big! We will work on bigger picture scenarios, and work to bring them to life by creating vision, direction and forming habits that benefit both your present and future self.

It’s time to fall in love with the process of becoming everything you were meant to be! Now we’re bridging the gap by eliminating barriers, and taking action according to vision. This will help you build a solid foundation.

Instead of wondering how you will ever cross the barrier, we will take the goal and action plans created to no longer dream-up results; but instead, work to actualize them.
